Every time I make this salad people ask me for the recipe. I love to bring it to cookouts, potlucks, or any situatiuon where you are asked to bring a dish. It is seriously delicious.
I have been pulling up dandelions for the past 2 weeks. I know dandelions have a lot of good PR and people lose their minds when I talking about pulling out dandelions.
One thing I've learned since having Celiac Disease for over 17 years now is that gluten free desserts can be just as good as non-gluten free desserts. BUT GF desserts are almost always better when made at home.
This past weekend we took an unexpected road trip. I wouldn’t say it was totally unexpected- maybe unplanned is the better word.
Happy March everyone! We took a couple of days off to celebrate Savannah’s birthday which was on the 3rd.
